To ensure a voice alarm installation has been completed as per the operational and performance specification it is important to audit the system and installation works upon final commissioning.

AMS Acoustics has built up a superior level of knowledge on voice alarm systems and is able to audit the complete system and installation to ensure all works have been realised in accordance with the specification. This would include the following:
  • Recommendations of Standard(s)
  • Microphones
  • UPS
  • Amplifiers
  • Fault Monitoring

We are able to carry out RASTI measurements in accordance with BS EN 60849 and BS EN 60268-16 to demonstrate system compliance with specification.
Full STI measurements can also be provided.
Certificates of compliance can be issued if required.

Speech Intelligibility - Measurements (subjective)

Where applicable, through binaural recording techniques, jury testing can be arranged.
