Specification/Competitive Tendering
A specification may be written to realise a design by others or ourselves. Specifications may be either by system or by performance depending upon client's requirements. AMS Acoustics is able to assess the tender submittal(s) to ensure the most cost-effective solution is found whilst adhering to the operational and performance specification.
Installation Management
Following the letting of a contract, we have the capability and experience of providing project management services for the entire installation period. We are familiar with both JCT Minor Works and JCT 80 contracts.
Contractor Shakedown/Snagging List
In addition to the installation management, we are able to carry out contractor shakedown with the inclusion of a snagging list, if required.
System Commissioning
Finally, once the system has been manufactured and installed correctly, AMS Acoustics is able to ensure that the commissioning is completed to finalise the project in accordance with the specification and corresponding standards.
Please note that each of these services may be supplied as a whole project management exercise or, if required, they can be provided as a modular event.
