In most cases the system supplier and installer takes on the role of expert upon contract award. We are often required to determine whether a contractor has supplied what they agreed to and if it is fit for purpose against any legislative standard or code of practice. 

Sometimes a system is almost satisfactory, in which case our process will identify shortcomings and suggest remedial works. This mechanism can often avoid litigation if the two parties cannot agree. 

We can assist in the structuring of the technical case in conjunction with the legal team in the event of litigation. We are able to provide full technical support for court proceedings.
