About Us
Although initially from Enfield, Xavier spent most of his childhood and scholarship near Brussels, Belgium. As a keen self taught drummer playing in a couple of local (hard)rock bands, his interest for the music scene grew greater by the day and, in 1999 he returned to the UK to enrol on the Audio Technology course at the University of Salford. After stretching out his academic course to carry out a one-year work placement at GENELEC® in Finland, Xavier finally graduated in June 2003 with upper-second class honours.

In May 2004, Xavier found himself back in his native Borough where he joined the AMS Acoustics engineering team. Very quickly he was undertaking electro-acoustic design work for a variety of projects before leading and managing larger scale projects in the mass-transit sector such as Heathrow’s Terminal 5.

Since becoming an associated member of the Institute of Acoustics and completing the IOA Diploma course, Xavier has participated and presented research topics covering the effects of system equalisation on speech intelligibility and the acoustic parameters of non-conventional spaces.
